Country star LeAnn Rimes has seen more than her share of ups and downs since she burst onto the music scene in 1996 with the song "Blue." Over the years, she has sued her father (they have since reconciled), had a much publicized extramarital affair that led to divorce, and, most recently, been hospitalized for anxiety and stress. To make matters worse, all of that personal tumult has been chronicled, in painful detail, in the tabloids and on websites like TMZ. But Rimes, 30, has made strides to stabilize her life. Her 2009 affair with actor Eddie Cibrian led to marriage in 2011. The couple live in Westlake Village with Cibrian's kids, 9-year-old Mason and 5-year-old Jake. My heart is saddened by the passing of sweet Ava. I was truly touched by her heart and the strength of her family. Everyone, please say a prayer for Ava's family at this time.
It's not hard to guess what LeAnn Rimes is singing about in her brand-new song, "What Have I Done." "Oh my love, what have I done? / I shot an arrow at your heart that I can't take back / When I said you were my first love, but you are not my last," she laments in the first verse.

I WAS born in Mississippi. My real first name is Margaret and I'm an only child. I was chilled until I started performing and thinking I had to be perfect. I still think that every once in a while, but that's broken down in the past three years. I've learnt to come into my own. Read more HERE

I just adore Wish Upon A Hero. I have been working very closely with them and helping grant as many wishes as I can. I feel like a little wish fairy, love it! It's so gratifying to put a huge smile on someone else's face. A few days ago I went to visit 5 year old Ava and her family at Disney World. Ava has a very rare and malignant brain tumor and wanted to visit Disney World before Christmas. Her dad is stationed in Texas and her family didn't have the money to take everyone to Orlando. As fate would have it, some sweet soul of souls raised enough money to fly her family to Florida, put them up for two days and grant sweet Ava's wish. I happened to be on tour close by, so Eddie and I went to meet her and her family. I colored in her princess coloring book with her for about an hour and visited with her parents. They are an amazing couple. Their strength is inspiring and their love for their daughter is incredibly beautiful. Ava, even in her sickest state is a little ray of sunshine. It was a blessing for us to meet them and help grant Ava's wish. I look forward to many more experiences like this and waving my imaginary magic wand whenever possible. You can wave your's too. Back in 1997, when 14-year-old country prodigy LeAnn Rimes became the youngest person ever to win a Grammy, who could have known that one day she’d have to remind the world that she can actually ... y’know ... sing? But it’s now 2012, and Rimes is no longer that chimpmunk-cheeked yodeler of yesteryear. These days, many know her as a tabloid fixture famous for lawsuits, bikinis and — most salacious of all — her relationship with husband Eddie Cibrian, which began when the actor was married to another woman. In late August, she checked into rehab for “anxiety and stress,” and last month , she had to cancel shows after undergoing emergency treatment for a dental infection.
