LEANN WILL PERFORM AT THE 2008 CMT AWARDS!

LeAnn has been slated to perform at the 2008 CMT Awards on Monday, April 14th!

LeAnn has been nominated for three 2008 CMT Music Awards! "Nothin' Better To Do" is up for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year, and "Til We Ain't Strangers Anymore" with Bon Jovi is up for Collaborative Video of the Year!

Online voting is taking place now on CMT.com and ends April 11th!

Voting begins today for the 2008 CMT MUSIC AWARDS, country music's only fan-voted award show. Beginning today, fans can vote on CMT.com for the final nominees for CMT's seventh annual awards show. Country music's biggest stars will rock Nashville's Curb Event Center at Belmont University when the 2008 CMT MUSIC AWARDS premieres LIVE on Monday, April 14 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT* on CMT and CMT.com.

LEANN SHINES AT CRS

LeAnn participated in the 39th Annual Country Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville yesterday, where she was a featured songwriter at the ASCAP KCRS Showcase. LeAnn sang a few songs off of "Family", including her latest single "Good Friend and a Glass of Wine", "What I Cannot Change", and "Nothin' Better To Do". She also sang "Something's Gotta Give", which was written by fellow panelist Tony Mullins.

Also participating in the showcase were Dave Berg ("Stupid Boy", "Moments", "If You're Going Through Hell"), 2004 ASCAP Songwriter of the Year Neil Thrasher (songwriter behind several hits by Rascal Flatts, Kenny Chesney, and Montgomery Gentry), and singer/songwriter Phil Vassar.
