As the all the fanclub benefits are online, there is no shipment involved. Once you receive the confirmation email from us and followed the instructions, your fanclub subscription is valid and you are eligible for all benefits. If you have joined a fanclub with designated fanclub merchandise (i.e. fanclub shirts or badges), please visit your fanclub FAQ/Help page for the estimated ship times. If you have taken advantage of a membership/merchandise deal you should be able to log into the fanclub immediately and the offered merchandise will ship with our regular ship times and policies, or as noted in the product description.

Gift certificates are purchased in an artist's online store. Gift certificates can be gifted to another user AFTER purchase. Simply enter gift recipient's email address after purchase. Gift certificates can be emailed to a recipient or printed. Discounts and promo codes are not valid when purchasing a gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
During Checkout, on the Payment Page under Method of Payment, enter the gift certificate code in the Gift Code box.
